• Change your password regularly and always use a strong password.
• Always log out after using an unfamiliar device.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately.
• You may not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• Keeping two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled is strongly recommended.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. Even if someone accesses your account without authorization, those transactions will be considered valid unless you notify us promptly.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on 1 xbit:

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply.

1 xbit does not charge any additional payment fees on its end. However, payment providers such as bKash and Nagad may apply their own charges. If money laundering or illegal financial activity is suspected, 1 xbit reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

If your withdrawal is delayed, contact our support center first. For KYC-verified accounts, withdrawals are typically completed within 15–30 minutes.

• Specific wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once is not allowed.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

All game outcomes on 1 xbit are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which is regularly audited by an independent third party. No results are pre-determined or manipulated.

• Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, the bet may be voided.
• In live betting, odds change in real time.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If you have a dispute regarding a game result, you must contact support within 72 hours.

Using fraudulent methods in games or betting (such as software bots or exploits) will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1 xbit. Violations may result in account closure and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Registering with a false identity
• Playing games using automated bots or software
• Intentionally exploiting game vulnerabilities (glitches or exploits)
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Using third-party payment methods
• Harassing or defrauding other users

If any of the above activities are detected, 1 xbit reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

• Documents submitted for KYC verification are stored securely.
